To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Due to recent courier standards, failure to provide complete or accurate address details, including a valid phone number, may lead to delivery delays. Pisani Maura is relieved of responsibility for any delays that may occur.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from pisanimaura.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Pisani Maura does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. We offer Poste Priority Mail and DHL to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our #PisaniMaura, Pisani Maura reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Pisani Maura reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Pisani Maura reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS, DHL or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Have your tracking number? Check the status of your order on the dedicated page.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
We know how important your order is! Pisani Maura provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Pisani Maura does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Pisani Maura is proud to service our #Pisaniqueens and #Pisanikings from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in EUR, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency convertor located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default Euros on the checkout page.
It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Pisani Maura is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
To report or return a damaged item, please use the following process:
If you would kindly fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. If you need a copy of the returns form, please contact us at returns@pisanimaura.com
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of €10.00 EUR. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. If you need a copy of the returns form, please contact returns@pisanimaura.com.
