GIFT CARDS
Pisani Maura Gift Cards (retail locations) and E-Gift Cards (online) can be purchased for use at our retail locations or for online purchases. A gift card can be purchased in any denomination from €20.00 to €100.00. Physical Gift Cards can only be redeemed in our retail locations throughout Italy (please click HERE to find the location closest to you). E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed online through www.pisanimaura.com. Currently Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are not transferable between our retail locations and online store.
Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero. Gift cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to purchase additional Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless required by law. Gift Card and E-Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.
Gift Card & E-Gift Card Fraud
If fraud is suspected, Pisani Maura reserves the right to deactivate, cancel, suspend or refuse replacement of any Gift Card or E-Gift Card. Consequently, Pisani Maura has no liability to you for any third party fraud or unlawful activity associated with any gift card balance. Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to unauthorized use, unlawful use, theft, or false representation of gift cards or e-gift cards.
Similarly, Pisani Maura reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for additional review Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, that appear to have been altered, or that are used in a manner inconsistent with our policies and terms of use.
HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
- For E-Gift Cards, please send an email to our Customer Care Team
- For Gift Cards issued in store, please show your gift card to a sales associate.
DOES PISANI MAURA REPLACE DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS?
Pisani Maura may replace the Gift Card or E-Gift card for the remaining balance at the time the card is reported as damaged, lost or stolen if you have the original proof of purchase.
Currently E-Gift Cards can only be used online. Similarly, physical Gift Cards purchased in one of our retail locations can only be used in one of our stores.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
Keep your Gift Card until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return items purchased with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards in accordance with Pisani Maura’s EASY RETURNS POLICY. The Gift Card will be credited for the total amount paid for the returned items only less the shipping charges.
ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PISANI MAURA GIFT CARDS OR E-GIFT CARDS?
You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card or E-Gift card. Pisani Maura will not impose maintenance or processing fees.
CAN I CHANGE THE VALUE OF A GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED IT?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the value amount of the Gift Card once it has been purchased.
WHAT IF SOMEONE MAKES A COPY OF MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
You must safeguard your E-Gift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card or E-Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your card will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the Gift Card/E-Gift Card is tied to that Gift Card/E-Gift Card’s number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the E-Gift Card.
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card/E-Gift Card, contact our Customer Protection Team immediately by clicking HERE. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you on a new Gift Card of E-Gift Card.
